Your Impact:

As an Agile Coach (Kanban), you will play a key role in driving core projects and shaping the future of their technical ecosystem by transforming how the organization delivers value, guiding teams toward more efficient, predictable, and sustainable work models.

Main Responsibilities:

- Team Coaching: Accompany multidisciplinary teams in adopting and consolidating Agile, Lean, and Kanban practices, adapting them to their context and maturity level.
- Work Systems Improvement: Help teams review and evolve their workflows, policies, and agreements, including WIP limits, Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and prioritization criteria.
- Flow Metrics: Collect, analyze, and use metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP to detect improvement opportunities and facilitate data-driven conversations.
- Blocker Identification: Help teams visualize dependencies, blockers, and bottlenecks, facilitating actions to reduce them and improve workflow.
- Facilitation: Design and facilitate retrospectives, workshops, feedback sessions, and other dynamics aimed at continuous improvement, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Work Management & Visualization:



Help teams maintain proper work visualization and improve their prioritization and flow management practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate conversations between teams, Product Owners, managers, and other stakeholders to improve transparency regarding capacity, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities within teams and track agreed-upon actions to evaluate their impact.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in Agile/Lean environments, performing roles such as Agile Coach.
- Metrics: Practical knowledge and experience using metrics like Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP to analyze and optimize team performance.
- Agile/Lean: Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices, with experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitation: Proven experience facilitating retrospectives, continuous improvement sessions, and team dynamics.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and facilitate conversations between teams and stakeholders with varying needs and priorities.
- Tools: Regular experience using tools like Businessmap and Miro.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (capable of working professionally in both).
- Valuable Assets: Experience in scaling environments, knowledge of the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM), a STEM or Psychology background, or a mindset oriented toward Systems Thinking.
