What you’ll be doing
Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory
Manage and grow an established customer base while developing high‑value new accounts
Identify new market opportunities and drive proactive customer acquisition
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and deliver value‑driven proposals
Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions
Lead the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful closing
Implement corporate marketing and sales strategies within your region
Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences and industry events

What you’ll bring




Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering, STEM , or equivalent technical background (Preferable)
Strong experience in industrial automation , ideally in a field‑based sales role
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to make things happen
Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor applications and integration
High self‑motivation, especially in developing new customers and expanding existing potential
Structured, efficient working style with a team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
