About the RoleAs Supply Chain Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in driving Essity's transformation agenda and strategic priorities. This role combines strategy, project leadership, and executive support, offering a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across our global Supply Chain organization.What You Will DoStrategy & Transformation: Support the development and deployment of Essity's Supply Chain strategy and lead key transformation initiatives.Strategic Projects: Manage and drive high-priority projects and programs that strengthen supply chain performance, resilience, sustainability, service, and cost competitiveness.Business Insights & Performance: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations that support decision-making at senior leadership level.Governance & Execution: Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress against action plans, and ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership planning processes, business reviews, performance follow-ups, and regular operating rhythms.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Prepare strategic communication materials, facilitate leadership meetings,



and collaborate across Business Units and functions to drive alignment and execution.Continuous Improvement: Contribute actively to enhancing ways of working, processes, and organizational effectiveness within the Supply Chain function.Who You AreUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.8-10 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, ideally gained in both an industrial company and a consulting environment. Strong business acumen combined with excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.Proven experience leading complex projects and programs in international and matrix organizations; project management certification is an advantage.
