TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide financial leadership for a strategically important global business. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and partnering closely with the General Manager, this role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping strategy, driving business performance, and supporting long-term growth.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, helping shape and execute the business strategy.
Provide financial insight and thought leadership to support growth, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
Support key business initiatives, including organic growth, market expansion, productivity programs, and potential M&A; activity.
Driving Operational Performance
Partner closely with the General Manager and business leaders to drive profitable growth and value creation.
Lead performance reviews,



forecasting processes, and operating rhythms that provide visibility and accountability.
Finance Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance organization.
Build strong talent pipelines through succession planning and capability development.
Drive enhancements in financial processes, reporting, analytics, decision-support tools, and governance.
Strengthen the overall control environment while improving the quality and timeliness of business insights.
Significant finance leadership experience within a global manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy and business performance.
Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, financial analysis, and performance management.
Demonstrated P&L; leadership experience within a complex, matrixed global organization.
Leading large M&A; and integration processes.
A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
A collaborative influencer who builds alignment across stakeholders.
