Analyze and select architectures and training, adaptation and evaluation strategies for foundation models, LLMs and multimodal models in One Health use cases. Design reproducible prototypes for pretraining, fine-tuning, RAG, prompting, evaluation and federated learning, considering data, computing, privacy and client-heterogeneity constraints. Prepare example datasets, notebooks, scripts, containers and documentation reusable in WP4 and the AI Factory Academy.





Contribute to validation, versioning, monitoring and responsible AI. Support WP5 use cases in health, genomic surveillance, environmental data, biomedicine and molecular discovery. Design WP7 modules, practical exercises and assessment materials, participate in courses, bootcamps and hackathons, and contribute to reports, publications, repositories and deliverables.
