This role oversees supplier onboarding, contract governance, spend control, risk mitigation, and operational support, acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vendor Management- Identify, qualify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with business and operational requirements- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and long-term collaborationContract Negotiation and Management- Negotiate commercial contracts, operational clauses, and service level agreements (SLAs), particularly in regions without local procurement support- Ensure contracts are properly documented, up to date, and monitored for renewals and expirationsPR, PO, and Spend Management- Manage the creation, tracking, and approval of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)- Monitor and analyze supplier-related operational spend (EMS spend),



identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunitiesVendor Onboarding and Offboarding- Execute standardized supplier onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with general policies- Ensure proper documentation, compliance validation, and system access managementInternal Stakeholder Support- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and suppliers to address requests, escalations, and operational issues- Monitor supplier performance and SLA adherence to ensure service qualityRisk Mitigation and Compliance- Assess third-party risks and implement mitigation actions as required- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirementsCross-Functional Integration- Collaborate closely with related teams (e.G., Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Asset Management, Finance, Legal) to support supplier operations, contract renewals, and new acquisitions- Serve as the vendor management interface supporting logistics, storage, and asset movement activities tied to contracted servicesQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or related functions- Experience managing suppliers, contracts,
