At GRC Media, we help large media organisations diversify their revenue through performance-driven marketing. We specialise in the iGaming and financial verticals, partnering with some of the world's biggest media companies to create and operate affiliate marketing projects that extend their digital earnings beyond traditional programmatic, native and display advertising.

We’re a fully remote company with our headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.

The role

We're looking for a mid-to-senior Affiliate Manager / Business Developer to own and grow the commercial relationships behind our media partnerships. You'll be the link between the brands we promote and the publishers we operate for - negotiating and optimising deals, finding new ways to monetise our placements, and turning data into recommendations our teams can act on.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role split roughly equally between iGaming and finance. Expect a lot of selling, optimising, analysing and communicating.

What you'll do

- Manage and grow relationships with the gambling and finance brands we work with, across several markets with Spain being the main one.
- Negotiate and optimise commercial deals - flat fees, CPA, revenue share and hybrids - to maximise yield.
- Develop new revenue streams across our media properties: newsletter placements, premium exposure, sponsored positioning and other commercial formats.
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics,



Search Console and affiliate reporting, and translate findings into clear recommendations for our website managers.
- Identify and close new brand partnerships across both verticals.
- Represent us at leading industry events and conferences (e.g. SiGMA, iGB Affiliate).
- Stay on top of the regulatory landscapes.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within iGaming and/or finance.
- Native-level Spanish and strong professional English (you'll deal with brands in multiple markets).
- Solid working knowledge of financial products and services in the Spanish market.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- A commercial, deal-driven mindset - comfortable negotiating and selling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly across teams.
- Based in Spain and able to work as an autónomo (self-employed contractor).

Nice to have

- Experience with Ahrefs (or similar SEO tools).
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. Cellxpert, Income Access, Affilka).
- Knowledge of Spanish gambling-advertising regulation and financial-promotion compliance.
- Based in or near Madrid.

What we offer

- Fully remote position.
- On target earnings of 50 000 - 60 000€ (invoiced as autónomo ), depending on seniority.
