Experteer Overview As Vendor Project Manager, you lead onsite teams to ensure localization projects run smoothly and meet client goals. You act as the primary link between Welocalize, the client, and recruiters, coordinating testing, onboarding, and performance tracking across labs and language groups. You’ll train and coach testers, manage schedules, and drive process improvements to enhance speed and quality. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic, client-facing environment with a focus on collaboration and accountability.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple labs/locations and keep schedules on track
- Clarify briefs, policies, deadlines, and resource planning with the client
- Establish and maintain internal tracking for attendance, schedules, and tester workload
- Screen and present candidates to the client for tryouts
- Guide tester/reviewer candidates through on-site onboarding and tryouts
- Onboard testers/reviewers on client premises (accounts, credentials, I9s)
- Provide technical and linguistic training to improve speed and quality
- Develop and maintain training materials and operating guidelines
- Respond to scheduling requests and issues from testers/reviewers
- Gather and report performance and workload feedback to clients and internal teams
- Seek client feedback and identify workflow/process improvements
- Schedule team meetings and promote team-building activities
- Report on onsite activities,



team performance, and client feedback to management and HR
- Ensure joint employment understanding and mitigate related risks
- Assist project managers and recruiters on tasks and ensure staff safety on client premises
- Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver trainings to individuals and groups in technical and other skills
- Present complex tasks clearly to diverse audiences
- Maintain knowledge of language/QA processes in localization/globalization
- Maintain 2+ years of experience in QA, localization, or globalizationResponsabilidades
- 2+ years of experience in the QA, localization or globalization industry
- Bilingual
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, people management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate with client managers, linguists, onsite/offsite project managers, and testers
- Onsite presence and ability to connect with diverse teams
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in trainings and presenting complex tasks clearly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- OS X, iOS, iWork, iCloud, iTunes, Windows, MS Office knowledge
