Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and optimize Wallbox’s integral compensation, benefits, and equity programs to attract and retain talent across regions. You will shape compensation architecture, administer equity plans, and oversee total rewards initiatives to support rapid, international growth. You’ll partner with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure pay transparency and regulatory compliance while driving employee engagement. This position offers the chance to impact how Wallbox rewards a global workforce and supports its mission in the EV ecosystem.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and maintain global salary bands, job architecture, and grading systems across EMEA, NAM, and APAC
• Administer equity plans (RSUs, stock options) and LTIP programs for a US-listed company
• Model, design, and track sales commissions and performance bonuses with Sales Leadership and FPu0026A
• Manage benefit vendors and local/global health insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance/FPu0026A on workforce cost forecasting and lead pay equity and pay transparency compliance
• Lead annual merit cycles,



market adjustments, and build advanced total rewards reporting via HRIS tools

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, preferably in international, fast-paced tech or industrial settings
• Proven knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs/Stock Options) and public company reward frameworks
• Strong expertise in salary benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW) and incentive plan design
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex spreadsheet modeling and HRIS platforms
• Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2) mandatory
