Experteer Overview
As Engineering Project Lead, you guide the engineering team to deliver designs that meet technical requirements and production feasibility. You will own system architecture, design validation, and integration, collaborating with mechanical, hardware, and software teams. You’ll monitor KPIs across cost, quality, and schedule, and support manufacturing, design-to-cost initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a hands-on chance to shape advanced packaging machines within a global innovation-driven group.

• Own design, verification, and production release of modules
• Define system architecture and oversee system integration and breakdown
• Coordinate module adjustments to meet evolving requirements
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Hardware, and Software teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Ensure project KPIs (tech performance, quality, cost, schedule) are met and manage related administrative tasks
• Support manufacturing and assembly processes and approve final design dossiers




• Advise on Design to Cost initiatives and share internal know-how
• Ensure smooth handover from Ru0026D to other company units
• Maintain knowledge of safety, health, and environmental protocols

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or Electronic Engineering
• ≥5 years in a similar role
• Significant experience in packaging machinery
• Proficient with 3D CAD integrated with PLM (Windchill preferred) and familiarity with SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA
• Strong software engineering and mechanical design knowledge
• Innovative, proactive, and tech-curious mindset
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% annually
• Good spoken and written English and Spanish
