Role Description The Commercial Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajalvir. The person in this role will support the commercial team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations, managing customer records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to follow up on projects and deliveries, and assisting with the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.

The Commercial

Assistant will help organize schedules and meetings, support the sales team with basic market information, and ensure timely and professional communication with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong focus on service and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills to review data, support pricing and proposals, and assist in basic market and customer analysis.




- Business and Customer Service skills to support the commercial team, manage client relationships, and contribute to sales and after-sales processes.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, orders, records, calendars, and general office support tasks.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, CRM or ERP tools).
- Relevant vocational training or degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is desirable; prior experience in a commercial or administrative role is an advantage.
