Food and Beverage: Assistant Waiter

Locations: Spain: Estepona, Mallorca

Duration: 7 months, between March-November

Responsibilities:

Guest Support: Assist waiters in delivering attentive and efficient service to all guests.

Table Setup: Prepare and set tables, replenish cutlery, napkins, and bread as needed.

Food & Beverage Assistance: Serve bread, water, and assist with clearing plates and resetting tables.

Teamwork: Coordinate with waiters, kitchen, and bar employees to ensure smooth service flow.

Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and service areas.

About you

You have previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, which is considered an advantage. You are fluent in English and possess a basic understanding of food service standards. You communicate effectively, work well within a team, and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment. You bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills.
