ðAt Factorial we're looking for a new SDR Team Leader for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. ðAbout the team ðOur Sales team is on a mission to connect businesses with the HR solutions they need to grow — and we're just getting started. What you'll do ðCoach, support, and empower a team of SDRs to prospect smarter, qualify better, and build meaningful connections with top-level decision-makers. Turn KPIs into action: analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results. Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define a unified, effective prospecting strategy that opens real opportunities. Ensure your team consistently hits their individual and team goals, from MRR and demos to quality outreach. Work with Sales Enablement & RevOps to ensure your team is trained on the latest tools, techniques, and messaging. Collaborate closely with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director to share insights and continuously improve the SDR AE handoff.



Have at least 2 years of experience inB2B saleswithin SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments. Experience leading a team of SDR / BDR and managing people or or significant experience as a senior SDR.Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development. Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals. You speak Spanish as an expert and excellent level of English.
