Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the implementation and ongoing operation of a general logistics Control Tower, ensuring readiness and governance across the end-to-end network. You will translate network design into daily operations, embed standards, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. You will balance standardization with customer needs to deliver stable, efficient service and a strong customer experience. • Lead operational readiness activities (design processes, SOPs, training, go-live planning)
• Establish and drive governance routines to monitor performance and manage risks
• Own Control Tower standards for planning, booking coordination, milestones, exceptions, escalations
• Embed routing guides, service rules, lead times, and procedures into daily operations
• Collaborate with Procurement, Network Planning, Operations, IT, and external partners
• Monitor performance, identify improvements,



and drive corrective actions
• Lead post-go-live stabilization, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Manage operational risks across suppliers, transport providers, terminals, systems, and dependencies

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Control Tower operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or network operations
• Strong knowledge of multimodal logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Proven experience leading operational governance, process implementation, and large-scale transitions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across functions and levels
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and change management skills in a fast-paced, international environment
• Ability to drive operational excellence while balancing standardization, customer requirements, and business objectives
