Experteer Overview
In this role you will support end-to-end operations and strategic partnerships to drive growth. You will ensure data quality across CRM and product systems, build dashboards to track deals and MRR, and provide data-driven operational support to cross-functional teams. You’ll streamline workflows and automate tasks to scale the business. This position sits at the heart of a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company expanding to SMBs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support end-to-end operations across discovery, partner matching, workflow docs, and cross-team process alignment
• Maintain data accuracy across CRM, internal databases, and product systems as the data quality reference
• Create dashboards/reports to monitor deals and MRR performance
• Provide data-driven operational support, track KPIs and SLAs, manage issue routing/follow-up
• Improve scalability by automating manual tasks and optimizing internal workflows

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Data/Analytics
• 1–2 years in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup, or VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM experience a plus
• Fluent in English and native Spanish
