Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the operational mechanisms and communication frameworks that enable fast, reliable delivery across the EU Quick Commerce network. You’ll lead business reviews, design scalable standard work, and drive continuous improvements that reduce defects and boost speed. You will collaborate with schedulers, site operators, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to protect the customer promise. This is a high-impact, data-driven role in a fast-growing part of Amazon’s delivery ecosystem.

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the Quick Commerce network and drive accountability on KPIs
• Design and implement business review mechanisms for data-driven decisions and rapid issue resolution
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for operational health
• Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers across time zones
• Develop scalable standard work for consistent execution across stores and markets
• Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard work




• Build and optimize communication between Central Operations, stores, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams
• Establish clear escalation paths and communication protocols for operational issues
• Facilitate information flow across shifts to preserve critical context during handovers
• Partner with operations, delivery partners, and stakeholders to align priorities and resolve systemic issues
• Act as escalation point for complex operational challenges requiring cross-functional coordination
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and inform capacity planning and resource allocation

Responsabilidades
