Asphalion is growing and we are looking for a Business Development Backoffice to join our Business Development team. We are looking for someone who enjoys new challenges, thrives in an international environment, and is eager to grow with us.

Main responsibilities:

- Business Development Administrative Support: Provide back-office and administrative support to the business development team, including the preparation of client documentation, presentations and offers, coordination with marketing, meeting scheduling, follow-up tracking and general support in client-related activities.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively search for and identify potential clients (national & international) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
- Outbound Communication: Conduct cold calling and personalized email outreach to introduce Asphalion’s services.
- Meeting Coordination: Qualify leads and successfully schedule discovery calls or face-to-face visits for the Business Development Managers.
- CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of prospects and activities.

Requirements:

- +2 years’ experience as Commercial Backoffice/Administrative/Sales Support
- Academic degree.




- High level of English (C1)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of marketing software (e.g. CRM) will be a plus.
- Tech Savvy ability is welcome
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple processes efficiently.
