We are looking for a confident and reliable Junior Outbound Call Centre Agent based in the Philippines to support an international business-development campaign.

The successful candidate will contact companies and professional organisations, introduce our products and services, identify the appropriate decision-makers and generate qualified interest for our sales team.

This is initially a short-term remote position for one to three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

- Make approximately 40–50 outbound calls per working day.
- Contact international businesses, retailers, distributors and professional organisations.
- Introduce the company and its products clearly and professionally.
- Identify purchasing managers and other relevant decision-makers.
- Ask structured qualification questions and establish whether there is genuine interest.
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for interested prospects.
- Send approved follow-up emails when required.
- Record every call outcome accurately in the company’s calling system or CRM.
- Maintain organised notes, contact information and follow-up dates.
- Follow the approved call script while communicating naturally.
- Participate in short daily or scheduled team check-ins.
- Meet agreed activity, attendance, reporting and lead-quality targets.
- Protect confidential company and customer information.

Required qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clear, professional and easily understandable telephone communication.
- Good listening skills and the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
- Previous customer-service, call-centre, telemarketing, appointment-setting or sales experience.
- Confidence speaking with international customers and business professionals.
- Professional, patient and respectful telephone manner.




- Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation or professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Comfortable using web-based calling systems, spreadsheets, email and CRM platforms.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently from home.
- Willingness to work during hours that overlap with European business hours.

Preferred qualifications
- At least 6–12 months of customer-service or outbound-calling experience.
- Previous experience with B2B calls, lead generation or appointment setting.
- Experience contacting retailers, distributors, pharmacies, hospitals or other professional organisations.
- Familiarity with predictive diallers, power diallers or CRM systems.
- Experience working remotely with an international team.
- Basic knowledge of European business culture and professional email communication.

- Number of qualified decision-makers reached;
- Relevant follow-ups and appointments generated;
- Compliance with the script, data-protection rules and company procedures.
