Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role at HANNUN Group is based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team, combining strong financial discipline with a clear focus on growth, capital markets and international expansion.

As HANNUN is a publicly listed company on BME, the adecuado candidate will bring previous experience working within a listed company environment, with a strong understanding of public-market requirements, investor and shareholder reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and interactions with relevant market stakeholders.

The CFO will lead the Group's finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, consolidation and long-term financial planning. The role will ensure accurate and timely financial statements, robust internal controls and compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Beyond controlling and reporting, this is a strategic finance leadership role. The CFO will work closely with the Board to support HANNUN's ambitious growth plan, including the identification, structuring and execution of appropriate financing lines and funding solutions to support working capital, investment and future expansion.

The role will also oversee capital structure, liquidity planning, banking relationships, financing negotiations and investment analysis, ensuring that the Group has the financial resources and structures required to execute its strategy while maintaining appropriate financial discipline.

HANNUN operates through a growing international group structure, including companies and operations with presence in the United States and the United Kingdom, alongside plans for further expansion into LATAM.



The CFO will therefore play an active role in the financial management and development of the Group's international structure, including consolidation, treasury, intercompany flows, tax and regulatory coordination, financing and financial planning across jurisdictions.

Previous experience managing international subsidiaries, particularly in the US, UK and/or LATAM, will be highly valued.

The CFO will also lead the continued professionalization of the finance function, optimizing systems, processes, ERP and reporting tools, developing the finance team and providing the Board and management with clear, forward-looking financial intelligence to support decision-making.

Ultimately, the mandate is not limited to controlling the business: the CFO will help finance and enable HANNUN's next stage of growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position, ideally as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent within a growth-oriented organization.
- Experience in a publicly listed company environment is highly desirable, ideally including exposure to BME or another European regulated/SME growth market.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, regulatory reporting and Board-level financial communication.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Board of Directors and executive leadership team on strategic financial decisions.
- Strong track record in fundraising, debt financing, credit facilities, banking negotiations and capital structure management, with the ability to develop financing solutions aligned with the Group's growth strategy.




- Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and liquidity management, scenario planning and long-term strategic planning.
- Advanced financial reporting capabilities, including Group consolidation, management reporting, financial statements and executive/Board-level KPI development.
- International finance experience, ideally involving subsidiaries or operations in the US, UK and/or LATAM, including an understanding of the financial, tax, treasury and regulatory implications of managing a multi-jurisdictional group.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business decisions and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Experience managing working capital, investment decisions and financial risk in a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, developing and professionalizing high-performing finance teams.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial, operations and other functional leaders while maintaining strong financial discipline.
- Experience with modern ERP, consolidation and financial management tools, with a track record of improving processes, controls and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field. MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent are highly valued.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred; Catalan and additional languages are considered an asset.
- The successful candidate will combine the rigor of a strong financial controller with the strategic and commercial mindset of a growth CFO: someone capable of protecting the financial health of the Group while actively enabling its international expansion, financing strategy and long-term value creation.
