Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide technical support to commercial and project teams to secure new business and deliver customer-focused solutions in the pharma/biopharma space. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, shape process concepts, assist with proposals and demos, and promote products at events. Your technical know-how will help drive growth, market reach, and long-term customer success. This position offers collaboration across commercial and engineering functions in a dynamic, high-containment environment.

• Support the sales process from opportunity identification to closure within a team of 4–5
• Liaise with customers using technical knowledge about products and services
• Assess customer needs across a portfolio of new and existing clients to tailor solutions
• Contribute to tenders, bids, proposals and product demonstrations to promote value selling
• Develop concepts for meeting customer needs including process descriptions, workflows and drawings




• Establish new customer contacts and participate in major exhibitions to support the commercial team
• Collaborate with contracts, project managers and engineers to win new business and deliver solutions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharma/biopharma with powder handling and high containment
• Experience hosting both face-to-face and remote meetings with customers
• Ability to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Strong technical mindset and communication skills
• Financially and commercially credible with customers
• Native Spanish; English at CEFR C1–C2; other languages a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel up to 50%
• Team-oriented and able to liaise across contacts
