Experteer Overview In this role you design and maintain clinical data collection, ingestion and integration from study sources to support quality monitoring and statistical analysis. You will collaborate with study teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end data flow in a Clinical Data Environment. You’ll implement data quality checks, build data pipelines, and enable smooth data delivery for inspections and audits. This position combines data engineering with clinical study governance to advance translational research at Bayer.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Set up study-level data collection elements, triggers, derivations, and data quality checks
- Manage data ingestion from CROs and vendors and exchanges with partner systems
- Develop and validate programs for study setup, conduct, and closeout within the Clinical Data Environment/Lakehouse
- Provide clinical study data to business users with traceability and issue resolution




- Plan and prioritize study timelines, ensure documentation complies with SOPs for audits
- Contribute as a subject matter expert for processes, systems, and toolsResponsabilidades
- At least 3 years in a scientific, data-driven position, preferably in clinical data management
- Programming experience in C#, SQL, SAS, Python, or R
- Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration tools (Databricks)
- Knowledge of CDISC clinical data standards and regulatory guidelines (ICH, GCP, HIPAA) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a global environment
