As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at HBX Group, you will manage collections and resolve payment queries while maintaining strong client and internal relationships. You will help ensure timely payments, reduce outstanding debt, and support financial reporting and AR process improvements. The role sits at the heart of finance, collaborating with account managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global travel tech environment. You will contribute to scaling our AR operations as HBX accelerates toward becoming a leading travel services provider. • Manage client accounts and actively follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone
• Investigate and resolve payment queries with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Prepare and distribute statements of account highlighting balances due
• Issue payment links and assist clients through the payment process
• Investigate, process, and distribute credit notes as required
• Maintain regular communication with key account managers about payment status and aged debt




• Monitor AR balances and escalate issues when needed
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting
• Contribute to AR process improvement and streamlining
• Organize workload to meet deadlines and service level expectations
• Provide support on ad hoc AR projects under the leadership of the AR Leader

Responsabilidades
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of AR processes and payment reconciliation
• Experience managing customer accounts and outstanding debt
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
