You will manage project execution, timelines, and resource use, delivering timely updates to Engineering Management. You’ll create and maintain essential engineering documentation and support root-cause analysis to resolve deviations. This position blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and value for Sensient. - Lead and support capital projects to improve business performance, processes, and efficiency
- Optimize project execution by maximizing resources, reducing costs and lead times, and improving timelines
- Manage identification, planning, execution, and closure of capital projects (CARs)
- Provide progress updates to Engineering Management (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Collaborate with site teams across EHS, Quality, Maintenance,



and Production
- Create and maintain engineering docs (Pu0026IDs, layouts, capacity studies, calculations); support root cause analysis and deviation resolutionResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 4+ years of capital project execution experience
- Project management certification preferred
- Strong technical knowledge across civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and environmental engineering
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar systems; AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, Visio
