Ensuring the reliability and relevance of the Reporting and to provide Country and Area Managers with the elements of analysis that are necessary for the control of the Company. · Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety and Quality.

· Monitoring and support business units in the month-end closing processes · Consolidation, analysis of financial information. · Ensure analytical model in each end month close and communicate any change on it.

· Ensure reconciliation between analytical and financial results · Prepare, and communicate and improve the monthly reports (P&L;, KPI’s, sales reports, Stering Committee’s and Board Directors reports…) · Verification of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability with internal procedures and policies

· Prepare monthly and annual forecasts with regional/country controllers · Prepare specific reporting according with new needs in the Business Area. · Solve any doubt to Area Manager, Country Manager, Functional Managers and Regional managers about the reporting and results.

· Report any IT/IS incidences and collaborate with IT/IS department in order to solve them. · Actively contributing to cross-functional projects across different departments within the area. · Leading the development and implementation of new IT/IS tools as robotization,



digitalization in the department and implementing Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize financial reporting and decision-making · Control the company’s Annual Investment Plan (AIP) and supervise investment profitability studies. · Analyse the customer risks and make the necessary decisions in each case.

· Analyse profitability by customer and by product. · in the annual budgeting process. · Ensure compliance with tax, labour, accounting regulations, etc. · Manage company insurance policies.

Mandatory: Graduate in Business Administration, Economics. IT skills: high knowledge of Excel, SAP, Business Intelligence tools as Power BI, experience applying AI to financial reporting Mandatory: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar post or as Head of Administration or Accounting Mandatory: English B2 Optional: French (intermediate)
