What will your challenges be?

Manage contacts with customers and consumers in coordination with the Call Center (questions about order status, product features, product usage, Isdin as a company, Love Isdin platforms, etc.).

Manage areas without sales agent (answering customer calls, making calls to customers to place orders).





Coordinate the operations of the logistics operators (incoming product and customer orders)

Order management (from order entry to shipment to customers)

Management of the photoprotection campaign: coordination of deliveries to customers with the logistics operator, Supply, Marketing and

Manage customer product returns and invoice incidences.

Maintain the master data of customers and products (in Isdin and logistics operators).

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education : University degree with a clear vocation for customer service.

Experience : 2 years experience in customer related areas

Languages : Native German, High level of English.

IT : Proficient in Excel. Desirable: Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Sap).

Others : Flexible, outgoing, open, analytical, methodical and with high empathic level.
