As an Investment Operations Associate Director you will have the opportunity to:Managing the end-to-end processing, posting, and clearing of transactions related to private debt instrumentsOverseeing income payments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events for private market assetsEnsuring accurate and timely month-end closing activities for private debt instruments and alternative investments productsPerforming monthly reconciliations of private asset holdings, alternative investments products and related cash accountsActing as a subject matter expert for private markets operations, supporting internal initiatives, system enhancements, and client-specific requirements.Collaborating with investment teams, custodians, and third-party administrators to resolve complex operational issues.Leading automation and digitalization efforts tailored to the nuances of private and illiquid assetsLeading the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal controls and quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation across investment accounting and reporting activities.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.ORHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)
