The company specializes in SaaS solutions for time management and Human Resources processes. Its platform helps organizations simplify and improve time management and HR operations.

Задачи:

- Design intuitive, attractive, and effective user experiences for web and mobile products;
- Transform user needs, business requirements, and product opportunities into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
- Identify friction points and usability issues across the customer journey and propose solutions;
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy;
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the design system and product interface;
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve growth and revenue metrics across the product lifecycle;
- Design experiences that help users understand product value, achieve initial goals, and adopt relevant features;
- Optimize conversion processes, including registration, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and other commercial touchpoints;
- Explore opportunities to drive customer expansion through feature discovery, plan upgrades, cross-selling, and increased product engagement;
- Work with Marketing and Sales to ensure a coherent and effective experience across acquisition and conversion touchpoints;
- Support initiatives to improve customer retention and reduce friction that may contribute to service churn;
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify user behavior, friction points, and improvement opportunities;
- Define hypotheses and design experiments, including A/B tests, to validate product and growth improvements;




- Analyze experiment results and turn learnings into actionable design recommendations;
- Monitor key product and business indicators, including activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue-related metrics;
- Combine product analytics, user feedback, research, and business context to inform design decisions;
- Conduct or support user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis;
- Develop a deep understanding of users, including HR professionals, managers, and employees, and their needs and workflows;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams;
- Present design concepts, research results, and experiment conclusions to relevant stakeholders;
- Promote a user-centered design approach while balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Требования:

- Demonstrable experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role within a digital product environment;
- Experience designing SaaS products, preferably in B2B software companies or subscription-based business models;
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design;
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma;




- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret product metrics and use insights to guide design decisions;
- Knowledge of Growth principles and the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion;
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and explain how they address user and business needs;
- Proactive, curious, and analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement orientation;
- Advanced English;
- Nice to have: Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG), Growth Design, or Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO); experience designing onboarding, free trials, plan upgrades, subscriptions, or monetization flows; familiarity with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing; experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar;
- Knowledge of the HR Tech market, workforce management, or employee management software;
- Experience in agile product teams, preferably in scale-up or growing SaaS companies.
