Project Engineer Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources.
- Monitoring and control project schedule, budget and scope.
- Participate in the specification and basic design of processes and installations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, creating contingency plans.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to report progress and manage expectations.
- Adapt to changes in project requirements or environments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.




- Manage the procurement process for industrial equipment and services.
- Coordination of installation, construction, and commissioning of the project.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with technical standards and specifications.
- Efficient handover of installations to end users (training coordination, documentation and support).
- Ensure and promote compliance with the Corporate Engineering Project Management standards.

Minimum requirements:

- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Languages skills: High level of English (at least C1); knowledge of French and Polish is a plus.

Soft skills

- Leadership: Inspire and guide teams.

- Effective Communication: Clearly convey ideas.
