and analyzing pattern and efficiency dataAbility to write efficient, scalable code in MATLAB, Python, C, or C++ for modeling and data analysisExperience with EM simulation tools such as CST, XFdtd, or HFSSHands-on experience with RF lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, power sensors, and oscilloscopesEnergy and drive to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving, startup-like environmentPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of RF channel modeling, including knowledge of ray tracing techniques for wireless propagation analysisAntenna design and integration experience in space-constrained consumer productsTesting experience in anechoic chambers and reverberation chambersFamiliarity with RF calibration methods and the RF metrics used to judge product performanceExperience with wireless link budget, sensitivity, and system-level performance modelingBasic understanding of wireless standards such as NR, LTE, UWB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSSAt Apple, we're not all the same.
