Experteer Overview As a Fraud Prevention professional at Glovo, you help reduce losses and improve profitability by designing risk controls and ML-driven strategies. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deploy preventive measures and measure impact. You’ll analyze fraud patterns, support A/B tests, and maintain dashboards to track risk, exposure, and compliance. - Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses across streams and improve profitability using advanced risk rules and ML
- Design and deliver end-to-end fraud prevention strategies, including controls, rollouts, measurement, and iteration
- Support evaluation of controls via setup, monitoring, and performance analysis of A/B tests
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to propose innovative preventive fraud controls
- Conduct risk analysis using SQL, Python, and analytics platforms (Looker, BigQuery) to detect patterns and monitor metrics
- Contribute to ML workflows by defining features, validating outputs, and flagging model drift




- Maintain centralized escalation process for suspected fraud with timely reviews and regional alignment
- Develop and maintain executive Looker dashboards tracking fraud OKRs, exposure, and compliance metrics
- Drive clarity on complex fraud topics using data-driven communication for varied audiencesResponsabilidades
- 1-3 years in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech or analytics
- Bachelor in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Strong SQL skills; Python familiarity or other analytical tools is a plus
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Theoretical understanding of Precision vs. Recall and A/B testing principles
- Good communication and stakeholder management; able to present insights to technical and business audiences
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn in risk and fintech
