Experteer Overview In this role you will support Global Logistics through value chain planning, cross-commodity coordination and digital solution development. You will work with Trading, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to boost efficiency, improve decision-making and drive digital transformation across global value chains. You will leverage analytics, automation, BI and AI to optimize processes, increase visibility and maximize value across the supply chain. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape digital tools and workflows in a fast-paced, international environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Partner with Trading teams to maximize value of trading positions and supply chain execution
- Monitor and manage logistics costs across integral shipment flows to support value chain cost optimization
- Develop, maintain and enhance digital tools and platforms for Global Logistics
- Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related technologies
- Build dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility of logistics operations and supply chain performance
- Ensure integrity, reliability and accuracy of logistics databases, reports and digital platforms
- Support digital transformation initiatives across Global Logistics and related business functions
- Develop SharePoint-based solutions to simplify and digitalize operational processes and team workflows
- Develop understanding of global commodity flows, freight markets and logistics execution processes
- Support logistics planning through advanced analytics and data-driven recommendations
- Assist with capacity planning, shipment monitoring and operational performance analysis
- Support Load Joint Agreement calculations and settlement activities where applicable
- Identify opportunities to optimize logistics performance, costs and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to support value chain planning and alignment activities




- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and analytical models for logistics and supply chain activities
- Create predictive models related to capacity utilization, vessel waiting times, logistics costs and operational performance
- Deliver insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI to improve productivity, data accessibility and operational effectiveness
- Support the development of advanced reporting capabilities using BI and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and SharePoint development is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced international environmentResponsabilidades
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent English required; Spanish is an advantage
- Experience in Agribusiness and commodity logistics is a plus
- ±5 years in supply chain, logistics, business analytics, commodity trading or related environments
- Exposure to commodity trading, logistics execution or agribusiness supply chains is highly desirable
- Experience in commodity trading environments with exposure to trading and/or logistics operations is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong programming and digital solution development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools, Tableau, Excel, cloud platforms and AI/Generative AI technologies
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions and workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and SharePoint development is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
