?Redion is looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist to join the Finance Transformation Team within the Mediterranean Region, directly reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation & Capital Management Office.

The successful candidate will contribute to the management and implementation of Finance Transformation initiatives, supporting the harmonization, standardization, and automation of Finance processes. Working closely with the Head of the team and key Finance stakeholders, the role will contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions aligned with Group standards and focused on improving operational efficiency and process quality across the Finance function.

?Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation across the Mediterranean Region

Lead and coordinate Finance Transformation initiatives within the Group and Regional project roadmap, with a primary focus on Spain.

Project Management and Process Design

Manage project activities, contributing to requirements gathering, target process design, and the coordination of implementation activities.

Harmonization and Standardization of Finance Processes

Partner with local and regional teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across Finance, Accounting, and Controlling activities.

Regulatory Compliance and Accounting Standards

Contribute to the design of solutions that are aligned with local and international accounting standards, Group requirements, and applicable regulatory developments.

Process Optimization and Automation





Identify improvement opportunities within existing processes and promote solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and control.

Digital Innovation

Support the introduction of innovative technological solutions, including initiatives leveraging GenAI, RPA, and other automation tools.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other relevant stakeholders at local, regional, and Group levels, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and successful delivery of initiatives.

✔️Required Qualifications

- University degree in Economics, Engineering, STEM disciplines, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance Transformation projects, gained within consulting firms or leading multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes, as well as local and international accounting standards.
- Proven experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of Finance processes within complex and international environments.
- Good knowledge of ERP solutions and financial reporting/analytical platforms.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.

- Knowledge of the insurance business.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or Project Management frameworks.




- Experience in ERP transformation programs or Finance systems transformation initiatives.
- Interest in emerging digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions.
