Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Finance team and help strengthen the financial backbone of a fast-growing group. This is a key role within a dynamic space technology company, with real impact on accounting, reporting, tax compliance and the evolution of our financial systems.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager and different departments, ensuring accurate financial information for the group companies, supporting investor reporting and leading key processes such as audits, annual accounts and tax filings.

Responsibilities

- Support and review the accounting records of the group companies.
- Manage intercompany invoicing within the group.
- Coordinate audit activities together with the Finance department.
- File individual and consolidated annual financial statements with the Commercial Registry.
- Collaborate on the preparation of company budgets together with the Finance department.
- Monitor and control budget execution.
- Organize the reporting system and carry out the subsequent analysis together with the Finance Manager.




- Support investor reporting and provide financial support to internal departments.
- Assist with the reporting of public grants and aids.
- File tax declarations for FOSSA España (VAT/IVA, Intrastat, Modelo 349 and others).
- Assist with the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in controlling or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, including Spanish tax compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (Holded or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
