We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our French clients who have taken out our insurance plans. You’ll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates — always ensuring the best possible experience ?✨

? Responsiblities

- ?Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.
- ?Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.
- ?Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
- ?️Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.
- ?Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.
- ?Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.
