Do you want to work in the fashion tech industry and provide top-tier IT support to international retail stores? Our client is looking for French& Italian-speaking professionals to join their IT Support team in vibrant Malaga! Become part of a dynamic and service-oriented IT hub supporting over 2,000 fashion stores across Europe. You’ll be welcomed with a thorough onboarding, buddy program, and ongoing development in a positive and multicultural work environment.

What will you do?

- Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications and incidents
- Support retail store systems and POS environments
- Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines
- Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling
- Guide users towards self-service solutions
- Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs




- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the integral IT Service Desk

What are we looking for?
- Fluent French, Italian and English
- An interest in IT and technology
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional weekends
- Previous experience with POS systems is a plus , but not essential
