We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist to join our growing team. This role is equally focused on professional graphic design execution—with strong expertise in layout design and editorial composition—and AI-powered content creation. It is adecuado for someone who combines top-tier visual design skills with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance creativity and productivity.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, and multi-page layouts. Using both traditional design tools and advanced AI platforms, you'll transform ideas into polished, professional content that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate understands that AI is not a replacement for design expertise—it is a tool that accelerates creativity. You know how to generate, refine, expand, and elevate AI-generated content into premium-quality deliverables ready for publication and client use, while maintaining absolute visual and language precision.

? Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design, Layout & Brand Development

- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including:
- Social media graphics and campaigns
- Marketing materials and advertisements
- Newsletters and email marketing layouts
- Corporate presentations and pitch decks
- Multi-page brochures, catalogs, and complex document layouts
- Sales and promotional collateral
- Demonstrate strong layout, grid,



and typographical composition skills to format documents correctly and tastefully.
- Review, proofread, and ensure precision in English copy within designs, identifying and fixing subtle spelling or grammatical errors.
- Create layouts and branded materials that align with company guidelines and visual identity.
- Develop compelling visual concepts from creative briefs through final production.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to produce professional, production-ready assets.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.

AI-Powered Creative Production
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative workflows across marketing and design projects.
- Generate, refine, and optimize images using AI platforms such as GPT , Magnific AI , Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar tools.
- Create AI-assisted visual content for social media campaigns, newsletters, marketing graphics, presentations, layouts, and complete brochures.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows that consistently produce high-quality creative outputs.
- Edit, expand, retouch, and elevate AI-generated content using Photoshop and other professional design tools.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement AI-driven creative solutions that support business objectives.

✨ Requirements:Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, studio, or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Advanced mastery of editorial design, page layout, and grid composition.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools ( specifically GPT and Magnific AI ) as part of a professional creative workflow.
- Strong prompt-writing and AI content generation skills.
- Proven experience designing social media assets, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent understanding of typography, branding,



and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take projects from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Language & Location Requirements:
- Location: Based in Spain or the United Kingdom (UK) .
- For Spain-based candidates: High C1/C2 or fluent English (verbal and written), capable of identifying fine grammatical and spelling mistakes in English design copy, along with fluent Spanish.
- For UK-based candidates: Native English speaker with a strong eye for text precision, plus basic notions/conversational awareness of Spanish.

- Video editing and AI video generation tools/workflows (Highly valued).
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for business presentations.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic copywriting or content creation experience.
