, you will drive their fleet division toward ambitious long-term expansion goals by optimising high-value corporate accounts, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on operational leadership.

Main Responsibilities

- Leading daily fleet administration tasks and organising commercial workflows

- Directing market-level passenger car fleet commercial strategies to hit volume and profitability targets

- Supervising a substantial team organised across distinct sub-divisions with intermediate team leaders

- Coordinating efforts between business development managers focused on new client acquisition and account managers optimising current agreements

- Managing high-level contract negotiations and corporate commitments with major international companies

- Defending pricing and residual value proposals within internal steering committees

- Aligning sales objectives directly with operational delivery and corporate capabilities

- Building strategic partnerships with automotive brand representatives and corporate fleet

- Challenging existing processes, driving continuous improvement, and leading change management with high resilience and persuasive leadership

- Exercising a high degree of autonomy in decision-making and acting as an absolute trusted partner to executive leadership

Core Skills/Experience

- This position strictly requires hands-on experience in direct corporate sales and direct team management. Profiles limited to indirect channel, dealer network, or broker management will not meet the essential criteria for this role

- Solid know-how of the corporate renting/leasing sector (ideally within B2B corporate leasing or captive finance), with a focus on direct enterprise clients





- Deep understanding of the Spanish rental market, including competitor landscapes and corporate client structures

- Strong expertise in vehicle financing models, lease frameworks, and residual value mechanics

- Proven experience in sales leadership, high-value corporate account management, and complex commercial negotiations

- Proven track record of managing and leading senior commercial teams (direct reports), balancing firm leadership with team empowerment

- Willingness to travel across the country for regional conventions and key corporate client meetings

- Strong alignment with core corporate values, including acting as a united team, empowering others, and driving personal development

- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and compliance, manage complexity, and think strategically

- Natural capacity to delight clients, take full responsibility, and act as an industry pioneer
