As HR Talent Acquisition & Development, you will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to help further enhance the integration and development of our company staff.

Your role:

- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process and selection, which includes posting vacancies, processing and filtering applications, and organizing interviews.
- Have a good understanding of recruitment tools and ensure the quality of job postings.
- Liaise with headhunters to discuss job requirements and ensure that job profiles are accurately posted.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, activities, and external events.
- Ensure that new hires have a smooth onboarding process, and help them understand the company's culture, policies, procedures, tools, and ways of working, in order to enable them to be productive and successful in their roles.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to attract and retain high-caliber employees, in line with our employer branding.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives that meet the organization's business needs.




- Provide managers with guidance on day-to-day performance management.

- Assist in implementing enterprise-wide talent practices.
- Foster cultural exchange and understanding among colleagues from different countries, particularly between Europe and China.
- Promote the company's values.
- Support the promotion and communication of learning opportunities.
- Maintain the HRIS database.
- Perform back-office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree. Studies in HR Management or Labour Relations will be highly valued.
- A people-person, cross-cultural sensitivity and enthusiastic to keep a multicultural team as a solid unit.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about technology and able to work with various tools / software.
- Microsoft Office: used to work with excel formulas.
- At least 5 years of previous experience as Generalist in Human Resources or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- With knowledge of Portuguese or Chinese is preferred.
