What You Can Expect:

The Inside Sales Team lead will Implement the sales strategies defined at country / regional level to retain existing customers, drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Customer Service Department.

What You Bring:

- Lead, coach, and develop team members, including onboarding and training new employees within the Customer Retention and Customer Service functions.

- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on service excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.

- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of commercial and operational objectives.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee sales campaigns, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

- Optimize team workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales objectives.

- Contribute to pipeline generation initiatives and customer retention programs,



supporting sustainable revenue growth.

- Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for CRM platforms and internal sales management tools, ensuring data quality and process compliance.

- Develop and expand relationships with strategic Inside Sales accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer value.

- Ensure consistent implementation of regional sales directives, corporate guidelines, and company policies.

- Serve as a key user, trainer, and change ambassador for new systems, processes, and digital tools, supporting successful adoption across the organization.

- Support departmental budgeting and forecasting processes through data analysis and business insights.

- Promote a strong culture of compliance by implementing and monitoring the required controls, procedures, and policies in line with corporate governance standards.
