Experteer Overview
In this role you support project activities for the client and company, line-manage ICSR staff, and drive process improvements for ICSR operations. You’ll act as SME for the ICSR team, ensuring accurate trackers, timesheets, and 2nd QC checks, while collaborating with RA u0026amp; PV functions and acting as local PV liaison as needed. The position blends people leadership with operational excellence to boost efficiency and compliance in pharmacovigilance activities.

• Develop and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Propose and implement process changes to ICSR operations
• Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
• Participate in ICSR processing and provide 2nd QC of cases
• Support other departments as directed by ICSR Operational Lead
• Serve as team SME and support other SMEs
• Support RA u0026 PV Network Department; act as LCPPV for the country and PRLS for the designated language as agreed with line manager
