In this senior HR leadership role, you shape and execute the people strategy to support business performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth at an industrial, unionized site. You will partner with the Managing Director and senior leaders to translate business plans into HR roadmaps, lead organizational design and culture change, and manage a comprehensive employee lifecycle. You will drive engagement, compliance, and productivity while aligning HR initiatives with regional objectives.
