At Fundiciones Rey, we are looking for a tech-minded Junior Technical Support candidate with fluent English (minimum C1) to join our Export & Commercial team.

If you have a background in engineering or metal manufacturing, love interpreting technical drawings, and are eager to develop a commercial career in international industrial markets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Blueprint Reading: Interpret industrial drawings (materials, tolerances, machining allowances) for custom castings.
- Proactive Prospecting: Contact prospective European industrial clients via phone & email to detect new projects.
- Follow-up & Back-Office: Track pending quotes, follow up on customer inquiries, and gather key technical data (3D, alloys, test requirements).

What We Are Looking For

- English: C1/C2 Fluent (written & spoken).



You will use it daily on the phone with foreign customers.
- Technical Background: Ability to read/interpret engineering blueprints (Degree in Engineering or FP Superior in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Technical Design).
- Commercial Drive: Proactive mindset, great phone manners, and strong persistence in follow-ups.
- Bonus: French or German is a plus.
