The Role

We're looking for an Off-Page SEO Account Manager to join our team on a remote, contract basis, with a strong focus on off-page SEO. You'll manage link-building initiatives end-to-end, from building relationships with publishers to monitoring backlink quality and reporting on performance. Your work will also include niche edits (link insertions), from finding the right opportunities to securing and managing placements.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Coordinating with content creators and publishers to secure high-quality placements
- Executing link-building strategies aligned with client goals
- Finding relevant, high-quality existing articles suitable for niche edits
- Outreaching to site owners and publishers to secure niche edit placements
- Managing placements from negotiation through to going live, ensuring links are natural and contextual
- Monitoring and auditing backlinks for quality and compliance
- Analyzing SEO performance and reporting on results




- Managing outreach relationships to keep the publisher pipeline healthy

What You Bring

- 2+ years of experience in SEO / backlink building
- Strong link-building, relationship management, and publisher outreach skills
- Experience with niche edits, including finding opportunities, outreaching, and managing placements
- Analytical mindset, comfortable monitoring and reporting on SEO performance
- Solid grounding in SEO principles and off-page strategy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, with strong proficiency in Ahrefs
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
