Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with market leadership across the region to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. You translate global HR strategy into local actions for ~1,600 employees, balancing strategic influence with operational excellence. You lead labor relations, succession planning, and workforce planning while fostering diversity and engagement. You collaborate with unions, regional leaders, and HR centers of excellence to enable growth and transformation.

• Partner with market leadership to drive talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, transformation and change management
• Lead HR market organization, ensuring an effective operating model, team cohesion, and cross-HR collaboration
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees in global functions with People Partners, Global Strategic People Advisors, HR Domain teams, and Experience Hubs
• Ensure HR administration and processes comply with local laws and achieve high operational excellence
• Ensure business compliance with laws, policies, Code of Conduct, and guidelines across entities and employees
• Translate general HR strategy into local activities and cascade requirements regionally
• Champion diversity, inclusion, employer branding, and employee engagement to position dor makaba as an employer of choice
• Collaborate with employee representatives and unions; manage labor relations and disciplinary processes; support local employment law adherence
• Identify and elevate talent through strategic hiring,
succession planning, internal mobility, and early career development
• Support transformation through workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and change programs
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR teams across the region through regular engagement and travel
Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of HR management experience in an international environment
• Strong operational and strategic HR expertise with ability to translate business objectives into people strategies
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrix organizations
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and drive business change through people initiatives
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience operating in international environments with diverse cultural contexts, employment practices, and legal frameworks across multiple countries
• Business fluency in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
