You partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions, and influence architecture decisions. You will shape opportunities from initial discovery to proof of value, helping both startups and enterprises succeed at scale. - Design scalable architectures and guide deployment patterns for large projects leveraging MongoDB
- Advise customers on architecture optimization and technology choices to meet business goals
- Collaborate with sales to plan accounts, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate technical resources

- 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
- 3+ years with modern scripting or programming languages (Python, Node.Js, SQL; C/C++, Java, C#)
- Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud/on-prem environments
- Ability to review complex architectures with customers and recommend improvements using technology
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Strategic ability to collaborate with sales and align resources for account plans
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
