Currently we'll looking for a person who works as a Supplier Quality Manager in our Quality Departament, based on Montilla (Córdoba), reporting to Quality Director. The main mision of this position will be in charge of the execution of supplier quality and development operational plans. You will lead a team of 2 people and will manage the implementation of initiatives to improve supplier performance.

FUNCTIONS:

- Develop supplier quality & development operational plans and initiatives with a direct impact on driving supplier qualification / certification, assessment, monitoring, escape management, and / or quality issue resolution processes.

- Implementate supplier specific quality initiative strategies.

– Make supplier Quality-related activities, such as raw material assessments, design of contracted manufactured items,



and / or materials packaging; ensuring service providers and laboratories employ good manufacturing practices (GMP) and procurement practices meet or exceed requirements.

- Check processes or standards in support of the Carrier Supplier Gold program to ensure healthy continuous improvement and sustainability and to assure that the supplier is capable to meet all requirements for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance.

- Winter work - hours:

- Monday to thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 14:30 p.m.

- Summer work - hours:

- Monday to friday from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor Degree industrial engineering branch or Degree in Technical Industrial engineering,

- At least 3 to 5 years as a Supplier Quality Manager and in teams' leadership.

- Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)/Core Tools.

- Handle of MS Office suite.
