Experteer Overview
In this role, you will shape the Accommodation business outlook by turning data and market signals into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Finance and Strategy to anticipate performance, challenge assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities. You’ll build and refine forecasting models and present clear recommendations to senior leadership. This position sits at the crossroads of analytics and business strategy in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

• Lead and support forecasting activities for the Accommodation business with accurate, timely outlooks
• Contribute to the strategic planning framework (Forecasts, Budget, 3-Year Plan)
• Develop and enhance forecasting models with multiple drivers and scenarios
• Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks, opportunities and key trends
• Collaborate with Commercial and Business teams to translate insights into forecasting assumptions
• Consolidate stakeholder inputs into a clear financial outlook
• Deliver variance analysis between Actuals, Forecast and Budget with key drivers
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to aid decision-making




• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, FPu0026A or similar analytical role in a multinational environment
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis experience
• Proficient with large, complex datasets and turning data into business insights
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently or in a team
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a strong advantage
• Fluent English
