What You'll Be Doing

- Build the strategic procurement framework across European operations, establishing processes, reporting and supplier evaluation.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers across pricing, payment terms, MOQs and commercial agreements.
- Drive cost optimisation and supplier diversification using market intelligence and structured sourcing strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership, R&D;, Quality, Finance and Sales on sourcing, margin, forecasting and supply decisions.

What You'll Bring

- Senior strategic procurement, sourcing or category management experience within food, nutrition, ingredients, FMCG or another relevant regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience managing suppliers and outsourced or contract manufacturing relationships.
- Evidence of delivering measurable commercial improvements through sourcing, negotiation and supplier development.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with flexibility for occasional European travel.
