? Your missions?

- Lead complex IT transformation projects, including application modernization and infrastructure migration initiatives.
- Define project roadmaps, work plans, budgets, resources, milestones and delivery governance.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, quality indicators and delivery performance.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies depending on project requirements.
- Present project status, risks, challenges and proposed solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools and delivery practices.

✍️ Your profile?

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally in complex technology environments.
- Strong experience in application modernization, legacy application migration, infrastructure migration or cloud transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager in large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Knowledge of software architecture concepts, microservices, cloud-native environments or development frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.
