Chery Spain R&D; Center

Chery Spain R&D; Center is Chery Automobile’s regional R&D; Center in Europe and a key part of its integral strategy. The center focuses on European adaptation and validation, plant technical support, localized component development, quality issue analysis, connected vehicle operations, and FL vehicle development, while continuously strengthening its capabilities in product definition, validation, technical coordination, and project support. With the capability to independently develop large FL models for global markets, it plays a vital role in Chery’s global R&D; network and is committed to delivering competitive solutions for both European and international markets.

What You'll Do

Vehicle Development & Testing Support

- Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of Design Verification Plan (DVP) activities for development vehicles.
- Coordinate test requests, schedules, and resources with engineering teams and testing facilities.
- Monitor testing progress and consolidate technical results and reports.
- Ensure testing activities are completed according to program milestones and quality requirements.

Fleet Operations

- Support the management of development vehicle fleets, including allocation, planning, and utilization tracking.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation activities such as maintenance, repairs, calibration, and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, mileage, availability, and testing history.
- Work with workshops, logistics providers, and external suppliers to ensure vehicle readiness.

Program Management Support

- Assist with vehicle sign-off activities and milestone reviews.
- Track open issues, risks, and validation actions until closure.
- Prepare reports,



dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Organize meetings, follow-up actions, and communication between cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, automotive development, testing, or program management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience within the automotive industry is highly valued.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of DVP (Design Verification Plan) processes.
- Experience with vehicle testing, validation, or fleet management activities.
- Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools.
- Chinese language skills.
